Join us on Saturday, August 26th at Blue Ghost Brewing Company to celebrate Rockin’ for REscue. This event, hosted by Roscoe and his forever family, supports animals looking for homes and donates all profits to Asheville Humane Society. This is a kid, leashed dog, that features rockin’ music, great craft beer, fabulous food, adoptable pets, local businesses and more!

Roscoe himself was adopted from Asheville Humane Society! Read about his origin story below:

Nearly nine years ago, a nine-year-old girl found a puppy in critical condition. Roscoe had spent the beginning of his life crawling due to a leg deformity. He was skinny and dirty and had bloody sores from crawling on his front legs. The little girl took care of him until he came into our care, and their special bond still continues today. Over $4,000 was raised for Roscoe’s reconstruction surgery, and it was a huge success! After a slow recovery, Roscoe was adopted and is now spending his time helping raise money for other animals in need! Every year, we celebrate with Blue Ghost Brewing Company to celebrate Roscoe with rockin’ bands, delicious food and drinks, and of course, Roscoe himself!
