We are thrilled to celebrate a landmark expansion in our service to the community and our animals. Please join us as we officially mark the beginning of our Adoption Center’s new, seven-day-a-week schedule with a ribbon cutting put on with the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce.

This change allows us to align with the seven-day flow of animals into the Buncombe County Animal Shelter, ensuring more pets find their loving homes every day of the week. With this expansion, AHS becomes the only animal rescue in Buncombe County open daily.
