Our shelter is full of friendly animals eager to find their new families. Join us for a special three-day adoption event, September 5–7, to help us clear the kennels. For this weekend, all of Asheville Humane Society’s adoption fees will be waived! That means you bring home your newest family member spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and with a bag of food, all completely free of charge.

The first 10 happy pets to be adopted each day will go home with a goodie bag. Thank you to our pals MedVet, Grounds & Hounds, Patton Avenue Pet Company, If It Barks, Botanical Bones, and Barkwells for providing the goodies!

We’ll also be hosting adoptable pets from our partners at the ASPCA’s Behavioral Rehabilitation Center. Be part of the solution and find your perfect match!
