Dine to Be Kind 2025

Asheville, NC – It’s that time of year again! Asheville Humane Society’s 20th annual Dine to Be Kind is taking place from April 1st-April 6th, 2025, proudly presented by Fred Anderson’s Prestige Subaru.

Each April since 2005, Asheville-area restaurants have partnered with Asheville Humane Society to donate a percentage of their profits to help ensure that local animals in need have access to life-saving programs and a quality of life worth living. But of course, the last year has been anything but the usual. Western North Carolina is still in the long process of recovery from storm damage sustained by Tropical Storm Helene and we’ve already seen the incredible power of compassion and resilience that emerged between neighbors, friends, and strangers.

That means that this year, we’re doing things a little differently: rather than our partner restaurants donating a percentage of their proceeds for one day to Asheville Humane Society, we’re taking the opportunity to boost the visibility of our Dine to Be Kind family and ask the community to come out and support them as they continue to rebuild. We’ve shown that resilience is about more than just weathering storms—it’s about growing back better and stronger.

We are so thankful to our Best in Show sponsors: Western Carolina Veterinary Surgery and Mountain Belle Realty.

Check out the full list of restaurants at Dine to Be Kind’s event page and mark your calendar for April 1st-April 6th to dine out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all three! We look forward to seeing you there.
