We are hosting a Vaccine Clinic on May 1 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the River Ridge Market Place, Suite C-1 (back of building).

Signing up for a timeslot is required and guarantees service, but not the order in which patients are seen. Patients will be seen in the order in which they arrive. Walk-ins will be seen as time allows. FREE clinic services for Emma and Deaverview residents with proof of address (such as utility bill or ID).
