PIGAPALOOZA
PIGAPALOOZA IS HERE! On June 28 & 29, we are waiving all pig adoption fees! We have over 20 deeply deserving pigs in our care who are looking for second chances! For adopters who are ready to dedicate time, space, and love, now is your chance to bring a special and intelligent friend into your family!
Good pig adopters will:
-live in a house or on a farm with a fenced in piece of land that allows for pigs to engage in normal pig behavior, like rooting
-take into consideration the cost of pig care such as tusk and hoof trimming
-make sure that pigs are not making more baby pigs (all male pigs adopted from AHS have been neutered)

Join us at the Buncombe County Farm at 61 Clover Lane to meet the pigs in our care! All pig adopters will be approved by our adoption counselors and responsible for their own pig transportation. Please reach out to adoptions@ashevillehumane.org if you have any questions!
