Kuzco’s before and after

When Kuzco arrived, barking in frustration and chewing the bars of his kennel, the notes in his file told a story of a dog too overwhelmed to cope. But then our Behavior team saw something else. They saw the “wiggly” dog inside the “jumpy” one, the “playful” spirit buried under “pushy” fear. This is how one “crazyhead” and a team who refused to give up wrote a new ending.
