Wind down at the end of the week with Grace Izzo, E-RYT 500, for a 30-minute all-levels pranayama (breathwork) class for a good cause!

This is a sliding scale event with $15, $30 and $45 options. All proceeds support Asheville Humane Society’s mission to ensuring every animal has the quality of life they deserve.

Class will take place at Asheville Humane Society’s Adoption Center at 14 Forever Friend Lane. Afterwards will be complimentary refreshments and an optional tour where you can meet some of the adorable animals at AHS.
