We’re excited to partner with Cisco Pilates once again for a hotly-anticipated Pilates with Puppies class! Join us for a delightful, beginner-friendly pilates session where your workout buddies are our adorable, adoptable puppies and kittens.

While you move through gentle, guided exercises, our furry friends will be free to roam the studio—they might weave between your legs, nudge your arms for pets, or even curl up for a nap on your mat. It’s the perfect way to relax, stretch, and share some love with animals in need of a home.

All fitness levels are welcome, and well-behaved children can participate if they remain on their own mat. This is a wonderful family-friendly activity that introduces compassion and movement in one sweet package!

Every ticket you purchase directly supports our mission: 100% of the proceeds go directly to Asheville Humane Society to provide food, medical care, and shelter for animals in our community. (Ticket price includes all credit card processing fees.)
