Free Spay/Neuter for Community Cats
Humane Alliance has partnered with Buncombe County, the Mimi Page Foundation, and PetSmart Charities to offer free spay/neuter and rabies vaccines for 1,000 outdoor, community cats in Buncombe County.Spaying and neutering will cut down on unwanted litters being born and possibly ending up in our shelter.
